June 2026 Product Updates
✨ Credia AI
Set up bonds, inspections and overpayments as you create a tenancy
Creating a tenancy with Credia now handles more in a single flow. You can capture bonds/deposits, schedule inspections and record overpayments at the point of creation, instead of setting the tenancy up and circling back for each one later. Everything is in place from day one, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Available to all customers using Credia.Â
✨ Accounting
See every budget in one place with the Budgets Hub
Managing budgets across a portfolio no longer means opening them one property at a time. The new Budgets Hub gives you a single, portfolio-wide view of all your budgets, so you can track status and stay on top of your service charge and outgoings budgets from one screen.
Available to all customers.
Import credit notes in bulk
You can now add credit notes by spreadsheet import instead of creating them one at a time. Download the template, fill in your credit notes, upload, and review a summary before anything is committed, so you apply the whole batch in one go. It is especially useful when migrating from another system, correcting historical overcharges, or applying a round of credits across many tenancies.
Available to all customers.
Approvals: More control over who approves what
Invoice approval permissions now split into four separate rights: approve income invoices, income credit notes, expense invoices and expense credit notes. You can give a team member income approval rights without granting expense approval rights, which is ideal where your accounts receivable and accounts payable responsibilities sit with different people.
Available to all customers.
Split an expense across multiple schedules
When an expense applies to more than one schedule, you can now allocate it across multiple schedules even when they share the same Chart of Accounts code, rather than being limited to a single schedule per expense. That means cleaner, more accurate outgoings reconciliation.
Available to all customers.
Show allocated areas on rent invoices
A new Allocated Areas merge field lets you list the relevant areas directly on a rent invoice line, comma-separated and in order. It is built for multi-area tenancies where a single generic rent description did not give the tenant enough detail. It works on standard and instalment rents, and archived areas are always excluded.
Available to all customers. Rent invoices only.
✨ Tenancy & Lease Management
Charge a fee automatically when a rent review completes
You can now raise a fee automatically the moment a rent review is completed, on both Property and Tenancy fee rules. Set it as a flat amount or a percentage of the new rent, so the fee reflects the outcome of the review without any manual follow-up. Set it up under Settings > Fees > Create New Fee Rule Definition.
Available to all customers.
