Credia Advise: Answers now include references

Now when you chat with a lease through Credia Advise, answers include clear citations. The References dropdown includes links that take you to the relevant tenancy tab so you can verify the source.

We have also improved how Credia Advise handles conflicting information. If tenancy details differ from agreements, the answer will present both values without ranking them, so you can decide how to proceed.

NetSuite Address Sync Update

We have improved the reliability of contact address syncing between Re-Leased and NetSuite. Addresses now update consistently whenever a contact is created or edited in either system.

Note: This applies to new or updated contacts only. To refresh existing contacts, make a manual edit in either system to trigger a sync, or contact our Support team for help with bulk updates.
