October tackled the work that usually lives in spreadsheets. You can now charge turnover rent inside Re-Leased, update tenancies from signed amendments with Credia, and approve budgets in bulk. The Property Summary page also has a new look.

See budget impact as you process expense invoices
Each line on the Process Expense Invoices screen now shows whether it's Within budget, Over budget or Non-recoverable, replacing the previous Budget chip. Select a chip to open the Budget check window, which shows the budgeted, actual, and remaining amounts, plus this line's contribution for each schedule. It's there to guide you and never stops you from approving or submitting an invoice.

Import credit notes as already approved
The credit note import template now has a Status column, so each credit note can be created as Draft, Awaiting Approval or Approved, and one file can mix all three. Instead of importing a large batch and then approving it page by page, you can bring credit notes in already approved and skip that step entirely.

Import invoices with all your tracking categories
Invoice imports now support every tracking category you use in Xero, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct or Dynamics 365 Business Central. When you download the invoice import template, it's built for your account, with a column for each tracking category on every line item and dropdowns of your own values, so typing errors won't stop your import. If you add a tracking category or connect a new accounting system, download a fresh template.

Sync multiple companies at once, now for everyone

Following last month's gradual rollout, you can now select multiple companies from the Accounting Integrations Overview and sync them all at once, across all providers and regions. Companies are queued, with an hourglass next to Last Sync while they wait, and rows update when you refresh. Companies with connection or onboarding issues can't be selected until those are resolved.

Resend expired Tenant Portal invites in bulk

You can now resend expired Tenant Portal invitations in one go, instead of one at a time. In your Tenant Portal settings, select the invites with an Invitation Expired status, then choose Bulk Actions > Resend Invitation. Each contact receives a new invite and their status changes to Invited, making it easier to get more tenants onto the portal.
