Try Credia Extract today with Insurance Management
The first skill of Credia Extract focuses on insurance management. With Credia, your insurance documents are created and processed faster than ever before, allowing you to streamline updates and compliance tasks. Here’s how it works:

Drag-and-drop efficiency: Easily upload insurance policies and Credia will quickly extract the data, saving you tedious manual work.
Side-by-side review: View the extracted data alongside the original document for a quick and accurate review process.
Email automation: Extract insurance details from email attachments, and initiate actions directly from your inbox with ease.

There are many more document types to follow, so stay tuned!

New feature
Create a new insurance policy directly from email
Once your Outlook Email is connected to Re-Leased, Credia can automatically extract all relevant insurance policy details from the attached document and generate a new insurance policy in Re-Leased.

Update an existing insurance policy with Credia Extract
You can also update an existing insurance policy by simply dropping your new PDF policy file directly into the Credia Actions Panel.

The look and feel of the property list area is changing for better soon! Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect to see in the coming months.

Thanks to this improvement, you'll soon be able to:

View all your properties in a familiar excel like format
Edit multiple fields at once, as long as you have permission to edit properties. This will be awesome for updating the new Custom Fields functionality, which is now in Beta!
Enjoy more filtering options, including multi-select companies
Use sticky filters and sorting, which saves your filter and sorting settings between page loads, so you don't have to reset them when navigating back to this page

✨ RENT REVIEWS✨

The Effective Date field, which was previously limited to one-time rent reviews, is now available for bulk rent review processes as well! This update comes in response to a lot of customer feedback and requests, and we're excited to bring this added flexibility to your workflow. With this enhancement, you can now manage bulk rent reviews with ease and get ahead of your tasks by sending rent review correspondence well in advance of the date the new rent becomes effective.

Property Maintenance Report
You can now customize and download your maintenance reports directly from the Maintenance Hub! Simply filter your view, then click 'Download' to save it as an Excel or PDF file, or share as an email attachment.

✨ TRUST/CLIENT ACCOUNTING✨

New feature
Trust/Client Accounting users will now be able to specify an "As at date" for their disbursements. This will allow you to continue bank reconciliation at the end of a period and use the "as at date" to ignore payments that happened after the selected date.
