In the past month, we've implemented numerous valuable updates to the Re-Leased platform. Key improvements have been made in the areas of property maintenance, tenancy management - with a focus on rent reviews - and in our reporting and Insights features.

Email integration for Microsoft Outlook
Customers using Microsoft Outlook for business email can join our closed beta testing group for the Re-Leased's upcoming Microsoft Office 365 email integration feature. If you're interested in participating and providing valuable feedback, please express your interest through this form.

Linking and managing invoices from the task details page
Property Managers now have the ability to simplify their expense tracking and management process for specific tasks. This can be done by linking existing contractor invoices or creating new ones straight from the task details page.
Soon, we’ll also be introducing the capability to link multiple tasks directly from the invoice itself, as well as the ability to see which tasks have already been associated with which invoices.

Streamline your rent review process with confidence
Property Managers can now speed up the process of creating and performing rent reviews by pre-defining which rent review forms and agreements, communications methods, and email templates should be used as part of the review process. You can also preview and adjust the correspondence and attached information for each of your tenants before sending those emails out.

Save time and effort with tenant notifications
Instead of drafting individual rent review emails for each tenant, you can now reduce your workload by using our new Rent Review Tenant Notification template (or a customized version of it). We have also made it possible for you to email tenants directly from the dashboard rent review reminder, which saves you from having to navigate to other parts of the platform.
In the near future, you will also be able to reduce the risk of missing a key rent review date by having the ability to set up automated tenant reminders as part of a new rent review set-up process.

NEW Tenancy Summary Report
Check out the new Tenancy Summary report in the Re-Leased Report Builder for a consolidated view of your portfolio. This report presents useful tenant information in easily digestible single-page summaries.

Tenancy Schedule PDF download and company branding
Next time a landlord, owner or property investor asks for a snapshot of their properties, rents or outgoings, delight them with our new Tenancy Schedule PDF download which also allows you to include their company logo and address. Save a copy of the report in Report Builder to reuse it again.

Export Insights Dashboards
All Insights customers now have the ability to export their Re-Leased Insights dashboards and portfolio data to some of the most common file formats, and effortlessly share this information with others.

NEW Portfolio Map View
Insights customers with Strategic Dashboard access can now easily locate their properties in their portfolio on a map. By navigating to the Portfolio Map View on the Strategic Summary Dashboard, you can create a compelling visualization of your portfolio, enhancing communications and discussions with prospective and current customers, and with other key stakeholders.
