🎉✨ IT'S FINALLY HERE - INTRODUCING THE NEW OUTLOOK EMAIL INTEGRATION! ✨🎉
No more hunting through scattered emails in Outlook – everything you need can now be conveniently consolidated inside Re-Leased.
Last year, we began discussing the concept of adding a two-way email capability to Re-Leased. Since then, we have dedicated considerable efforts to enhancing the platform to seamlessly accommodate this functionality. Now, we are thrilled to announce a major milestone in this journey with the launch of an Outlook Email Integration product specifically designed for our Microsoft Outlook users.
You can now seamlessly connect your Microsoft Outlook email account with Re-Leased to efficiently organise and manage all your essential incoming and outgoing tenancy, owner, and supplier emails. These emails will be neatly sorted against your tenancies and contacts within the Re-Leased platform.
To get started, follow the steps below to connect your Outlook email account with Re-Leased.
- Navigate to My Account > Connected Accounts > Outlook Email and click connect
- Choose which Microsoft account you want to connect to and accept the verification
- Your account is now connected. Navigate to Contacts >Emails or Tenancy>Emails to experience it first-hand.

With our latest Rent Review updates, achieving these goals is now more attainable than ever.
3 Steps to Efficient Rent Review Creation
- Create a rent review for an existing tenancy in under a minute!
Simply fill in the necessary rent review details, such as review type, date, internal notes, or delegate to a team member to get started. - Personalise correspondence
Utilise built-in templates and include essential lease and tenant documents with the review to guarantee that all relevant information is readily available for negotiations. - Automated notifications and reminders
Set up automated rent review reminders and schedule tenant notification emails to ensure no deadline is missed.
The Rent Review Hub
Easily oversee and monitor the entire lifecycle of all your rent reviews. Quickly identify properties and leases with pending, upcoming or overdue reviews, and utilise flexible filter options to categorise reviews by criteria such as company, review date, status, and more.
Plus, when you need to make rental adjustments or conduct reviews, you can conveniently handle these tasks directly within the Rent Review Hub, eliminating the need to switch between different sections of the platform.
Actionable Insights
Whether you're focused on improving day-to-day operations or planning for the future, you can access valuable insights into your portfolio's rent review performance within Re-Leased.
- Utilise the Rent Review Hub as your go-to resource for tracking review lifecycle progress, including monitoring rent review statuses, identifying upcoming and overdue reviews, and analysing historical data.
- For broader, portfolio-wide perspectives on longer-term rent reviews for owners, banks and other key stakeholders, you create, save and share customized rent review reports using the Report Builder.

✨ TRUST/CLIENT ACCOUNTING✨
New feature
Easier way to manage rebates, rental incentives and abatements
Whether you’re offering rent-free periods, rental discounts, rent relief, rent holidays or other lease incentives, you can now save hours of administration time and get more accurate discount vs actual rent reporting by utilising our newly improved discounting process available to our Trust/Client Accounting users.
Previously, applying discounts involved users recording them as negative line items on both rent and outgoings invoice templates. This resulted in users having to set up and maintain two separate invoices, while tenants received two monthly invoices instead of one.
With our latest enhancements to Trust/Client Accounting, we've streamlined this process. Now, users can conveniently apply the discount amount directly in its designated discount field on the same line as the rent, making it much simpler.
