Helping customers through in-app Customer Support

We are delighted to announce our improved in-app Customer Support functionality. You can now access our Customer Support within the Re-Leased app, including our Knowledge Base, Product Roadmap, and contact our customer support team without leaving the app at all.

Some of the key in-app support benefits to you include:

  • More convenient - available at the click of a mouse.
  • Faster solution – find answers to your questions quicker & easier.
  • Even more support – find helpful articles, submit feedback, or open a ticket without leaving the app.
  • Monitor your activity - Submitting tickets via the in-app Customer Support functionally or Knowledge allows customers to track their tickets under ‘My Activity’.
  • For our Premium and Premium Plus Support customers – access to live chat within the application
